One of the major roadblocks preventing accurate statistical information about electrical incidents is the hesitancy that many have in reporting. Whether because of fear of involvement, self-incrimination, or admitting to a mistake, many simply will not report an electrical incident, no matter how serious it may be.
The Fax Anonymous Registry (FAR) Project, established by Capschell, Inc., provides an opportunity to anyonymously report electrical incidents. The report is submitted using a simple, convenient fax form.
